Four arrested for illegal drug operation in Pawtucket
PAWTUCKET – On Jan. 18, members of the Pawtucket Police Special Squad executed a court-approved search warrant at 33 Bullock St., apartment #3. Squad investigators had received information and tips that illegal drugs were being distributed from the apartment.
As a result of the search warrant, investigators seized 24 grams of cocaine, 16 grams of heroin, 28 grams of marijuana, unauthorized prescription drugs suboxone and lorazepam, and $1,530 in cash.
Police subsequently arrested Juan Cintron, 44, Brenda Cintron, 30, Eleanor Suarez, 64, and Juan Velez, 31, all of whom reside at 33 Bullock St., apartment #3. Also taken into custody was Miguel Colon, age 25, of 71 Rand St. in Central Falls.
All of the individuals were brought before the District Court of the State of Rhode Island on Jan. 19. They were arraigned on possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of heroin with intent to deliver, illegal possession of suboxone and lorazepam, maintaining a common nuisance/controlled substances, distribution/manufacturing near a school, conspiracy, and possession of marijuana.
All were held without bail.
