SOMERVILLE, Mass. - Michelle Lampa and John Valentine announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Felix Lampa and Aida Gotia Lampa of West Covina, Calif. He is the son of William Valentine of North Providence and Gail Valentine of Lincoln.

The future bride graduated from Notre Dame Academy High School in 2004 and Simmons College in 2008. She is a program director at RVC USA.

The future groom graduated from Cumberland High School in 2002 and Villanova University School of Law in 2009. He is the vice president of sales at LevelUp.

The couple are planning a June 7, 2014 wedding at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul in Providence.
