Meet your neighbors at Easter egg hunt

LINCOLN - Search for some chocolate eggs, and find some new neighbors along the way.

That's the hope of organizers of the first Easter egg hunt held by the Genesis Project R.I., a non-profit organization located in Manville that provides food distribution, clothing and other community services to Lincoln, Cumberland and Central Falls.

The egg hunt will take place, rain or shine, on Saturday, March 30, at 1 p.m. in the Memorial Park behind the post office at 30 Railroad St.

Children ages 10 and under are invited to participate. Registration is required by Wednesday, March 27. To register, contact Joe at or 401-312-4839.

The event is free, but cash donations will be accepted.
