Lincoln resident named VP at Pace

LINCOLN - Lincoln resident Dr. Edward Westrick has been named the new vice president of medical affairs of The Pace Organization of Rhode Island.

His new position includes direct patient care as well as administrative oversight of Pace's medical program, which offers full-service health care and coverage serving adults 55 and older who have chronic health needs and want to live at home.

Westrick has more than 20 years of experience as a health care practitioner, administrator and consultant at organizations including UMass Memorial Health Care, Healthcentric Advisors, Roger Williams Medical Center, Eleanor Slater Hospital and Hospice Care of Rhode Island.

He completed his medical training at the New Jersey Medical School, holds a master's degree in psychology from Rutgers University, and earned a doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacoeconomics from the University of Rhode Island.
