DOT Director Lewis explains why it's such a challenge to fix some roads

LINCOLN – Michael Lewis, director of the Rhode Island Department of Transportation, toured Old River Road with Sen. Ed O'Neill, of District 17 serving Lincoln, North Providence and North Smithfield. Lewis talked about the expensive challenges facing the D.O.T. when it comes to fixing some of the state's banged up roadways.
