Little Sisters of the Poor to hold annual dinner

PAWTUCKET - The Jeanne Jugan Residence Little Sisters of the Poor will hold its 6th annual St. Patrick's Day Dinner fundraiser on Monday, March 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. The dinner will be held at the Wharf Tavern, 215 Water St., Warren. Upstairs and downstairs seating will be available.

The cost of the dinner of corned beef and cabbage with all the fixings is $15 for adults and $7.50 for children under 12. To purchase tickets or for more information, contact the Jeanne Jugan Residence Development Office at 401-723-4314; tickets may also be purchased online at www.littlesistersofthepoorpawtucket.org .

In conjunction with the dinner, a Pot of Gold raffle is being held. The first prize is $1,000, second is $500, third is $300 and fourth prize is $200. A donation of $2 for one ticket, $10 for six or $20 for 12 is requested. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the dinner and at the Jeanne Jugan Residence. The raffle will be drawn following the dinner and winners will be notified by telephone the following day.
