Mayor welcomes two new members to Juvenile Hearing Board

PAWTUCKET - Mayor Donald Grebien welcomed two new members he appointed to the Juvenile Hearing Board.

Carol Osso, of 1 Kelton St., has more than 35 years experience in fulfillment mailing and production control, currently as manager for The Allied Group in Cumberland. She also serves as vice president on the board of the Blackstone Valley Advocacy Center, was Big Sister of the Year for Rhode Island in 1994, and formerly served as an on-call advocate for victims of domestic violence.

Jorge Tobon, of 30 Bloomingdale Ave., is program coordinator for city-based Books Are Wings and previously worked as a legal assistant for a Pawtucket law firm. He is a graduate of Occidental College, when he earned a degree in diplomacy and world affairs.
