Body ID'd as missing woman

State medical examiners last Thursday identified a body discovered in the Blackstone River in Central Falls two days earlier as Angela Rivera, a 62-year-old Pawtucket resident who had gone missing in March of 2011.

Construction crews found a 1991 Toyota Camry in the river off Madeira Avenue on Feb. 4. Police and fire personnel were called to the scene and found the body after having the car pulled from the water.

Police do not suspect foul play had anything to do with Rivera's death. She had made suicidal comments before she and her car went missing.
