NP resident re-inducted into National Jr. Honor Society

ATTLEBORO, Mass. - Gabrielle Granata, of North Providence, an 8th-grader at Dayspring Christian Academy of Attleboro, was re-inducted into the school's chapter of the National Junior Honor Society during a formal ceremony May 2 at the adjacent South Attleboro Assembly of God Church.

Granata was one of six students in her grade inducted for the second straight year. Two 7th-graders were inducted for the first time.

The National Junior Honor Society is an adjunct of the National Honor Society and its membership is restricted to students in affiliated middle schools or junior high schools in the United States. Its stated five pillars of success are scholarship, leadership, citizenship, service and character.
