LINCOLN - In addition to the municipal and school funding, taxpayers will also vote upon the following capital resolutions at the May 12 Financial Town Meeting:

* $1.5 million to install an artificial turf field and new track complex at Ferguson Field.

* $3.1 million to construct a 4,300-square-foot police station addition.

* $25,000 to restore Pullen's Corner "Hot Potato" School and relocate it to Chase Farm Park, contingent upon a $22,000 donation from Citizens Celebration Committee.

* $20,000 to upgrade Chase Farm Park, installing two solar-powered toilet facilities, contingent upon approval of a $100,000 Department of Environmental Management grant.

* $38,500 to renovate the Chase Farm House to minimum standards required to obtain occupancy so it can be leased through a historic curatorship program.

* $175,000 to upgrade Albion Park to include a new bathroom/storage/shelter building, contingent upon approval of a 50 percent matching DEM grant.

* $50,000 to conduct a Rhode Island Department of Education-required Stage 1 feasibility study for the future of the LHS campus.

There's no additional tax increase associated with these projects beyond the 7 cent increase to support the Budget Board's FY 2015 spending plan.
