McCoy’s first Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival is Saturday

PAWTUCKET – The Pawtucket Red Sox will present McCoy Stadium’s first-ever Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival this Saturday, Sept. 16, from 6 to 10 p.m.

Partnering with PVD Food Trucks of Rhode Island, the festival will feature 15 to 20 food trucks and 15 to 20 craft breweries stationed around the warning track of the ballpark. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample a plethora of food and drink offerings while enjoying live music and old school hip-hop music videos throughout the evening.

“We enjoy finding ways to bring the community together, and we believe that the popularity of food trucks will have appeal to many families,” said PawSox Executive Vice President/General Manager Dan Rea. “We also know that friends socializing on a Saturday night enjoy craft beers, and blending these phenomena together on a baseball field will provide a memorable event.”

In case of rain, the festival would instead be held next Saturday, Sept. 23, from 6 to 10 p.m.
