Wednesday meditation workshops start Sept. 20 at library

LINCOLN – Practitioners of Sahaja Yoga Meditation will introduce this type of meditation to attendees, leading them through guided meditation workshops every Wednesday evening from Sept. 20 to Oct. 25, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the Lincoln Public Library, 145 Old River Road.

Sahaja Yoga is a method of meditation based on an experience called “self realization,” and practitioners say it is a powerful stress releasing strategy that can also boost emotional well-being, energy, optimism, and peace.
