Anita M. (Marceau) Hall – Lincoln

Anita M. (Marceau) Hall, 96, passed away at home, surrounded by the love of her family, Thursday, July 5, 2018. She was the wife of the late William C. Hall. Born in Pascoag, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Elizabeth (Marseilles) Marceau. Mrs. Hall has been a Lincoln resident since 1940. She worked 365 days a year at the family owned “Halls Poultry Farm” in Lincoln for more than 26 years, while also being a homemaker raising two boys. She was very much a people person and very active in the Spectacle Pond Association at her camp in Groton, NH. She was very giving to family, friends, acquaintances and strangers, never asking for anything in return but a “thank you.” Mrs. Hall loved nature and all animals.

She is survived by her sons, Daniel W. Hall and his wife Kathleen of Lincoln and Jeffrey A. Hall of South Kingstown. She was the grandmother of Allison H. Westerside and Dani N. Hall; great-grandmother of Rain E. and Clayton H. Westerside. She was the sister of the late Ina Lange, Dorothy Williams, Mary Jarvis, Jean Rawson, Perry Morrison, Paul Marceau, Edmund Marceau and James Hebb.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 11, from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Tucker-Quinn Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave. (Rt.44) Greenville, with a service to follow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Acotes Hill Cemetery, Chepachet.
