R.I. Hockey Hall of Fame plans to announce Class of 2019 at P-Bruins game on Feb. 22

PROVIDENCE – The Rhode Island Hockey Hall of Fame has announced that its Class of 2019 will be formally unveiled between periods of the AHL hockey game between the Providence Bruins and Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Friday, Feb. 22 at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center.

The P-Bruins have generously offered a special $18 ticket package for this year’s game and unveiling. The package includes premium lower level seating and a P-Bruins sports bottle, with $2 of every package purchased to be donated to the R.I. Hockey Hall of Fame.

Last year’s 16-member inaugural class included legendary Mount Saint Charles Academy boys’ coach Bill Belisle and former MSC and NHL defenseman Bryan Berard.

The R.I. Hockey Hall of Fame’s 2019 Enshrinement Celebration & Dinner will be held on Friday, Sept. 6, at the Twin River Event Center. Tickets will go on sale immediately after the unveiling, and www.rihhof.com will have all the information.
