Oak Knoll will hold vacation camp and egg hunt

ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary, 1417 Park St., announces the following April Programs.

• Spring Vacation Camp: Monday-Friday, April 15-19, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Open to children 4 1/2 to 12. The cost is $265 for members and $330 for nonmembers for the week.

Extended hours are available from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. The cost is $20/day or $90 for the week for members and nonmembers.

• Egg Hunt: Saturday, April 20. Three sessions offered: 10-11 a.m., noon to 1 p.m., and 2 to 3 p.m. The program is suitable for children 3 to 12. The cost is $8 per child for members and $10 for nonmembers.

The program will begin with dying eggs with natural dyes, creating bird nests, visiting with some spring animals, and learning about different types of eggs in the educational stations before heading out for the annual egg hunt. Each registered child gets to take home two natural-dyed eggs and participate in one field egg hunt.
