DEM announces free fly-tying workshops at Greenville library

SMITHFIELD – The R.I. Department of Environmental Management will host two free fly-tying workshops for novice and experienced fly-tiers on Wednesday, July 24, and Wednesday, July 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Greenville Public Library on 573 Putnam Pike.

Instruction on freshwater angling will be included, and all equipment and materials will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own materials if they prefer. Children ages 10 and older are invited to participate.
