R.I. Philharmonic Youth Orchestras will perform Sunday

EAST PROVIDENCE – The Rhode Island Philharmonic Youth Orchestras will present their first concert of the season on Sunday, Nov. 3, at 1 p.m., at Roberts Hall, Rhode Island College, 600 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence.

The orchestra will perform Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 5, First Movement,” and Mozart’s “Magic Flute Overture.”

The concert features the top-level Symphony Orchestra conducted by Music Director Alexey Shabalin, Repertory Orchestra under the direction of Vincent Mattera, and String Orchestra with Irina Naryshkova.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for students, 18 and under, and senior citizens.
