Students will host a fund-raising concert tomorrow, Oct. 29
As one of several upcoming fund-raisers to financially assist students heading to Hebei, China, next spring, Shea High School students will host a concert featuring the band WitZend tomorrow, Thursday Oct. 29, 6 p.m. at the school, 485 East Ave. in Pawtucket.
Shea's own Sean "Crucial" Diaz will be the opening act for the concert, which is open to the public. Tickets are $5 each at the door and will go on sale at 5:30 p.m.
Shea students who achieved perfect attendance during NECAP testing will be admitted for free as long as they provide a picture identification. All proceeds from the concert will go toward the student trip to China.
