LINCOLN - Autocrat Inc. announces F. Patrick Holmes Jr. has been named chief operating officer. He will oversee manufacturing operations, sales and marketing, finance, and human resources.

Holmes previously had a 16-year career with the Campbell Soup Company and 10 years of consulting that included many other major food companies. He has an extensive background in management, plant management, manufacturing and logistics, as well as sales and marketing.

Holmes received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and completed "Managing The Professional Service Firm" at Harvard Business School.
