Library offers college planning night

CUMBERLAND - The Cumberland Public Library will be offering a college planning program on Thursday, Nov. 3, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Seminar Room. A representative from the College Planning Center of R.I. will discuss the college application process and financial aid.
