'Sunset Limited' play comes to Christ Church parish hall Nov. 13-22

LINCOLN - Traveling Theatre presents the play "Sunset Limited" in the Christ Church parish hall, 1643 Lonsdale Ave., Nov. 13-22, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors.

The play, written by Cormac McCarty and directed by Kevin Cunha, begins with a startling encounter on a New York subway platform which leads two strangers to a run-down tenement where a life or death decision must be made. In the apartment, "Black and White," as the two men are known, begin a conversation that leads each back through his own history, mining the origins of two fundamentally opposing world views.

Playing the lead roles are Steven Hayes of Providence and Marlon O. Carey of North Providence.
