LINCOLN - The annual meeting of the Blackstone Valley Historical Society will be on May 18 at 1:30 p.m. at the North Gate headquarters on Old Louisquisset Pike.

Following the business meeting, at 2 p.m., Erik Ekilson will speak on "Origins of Neighborhoods in Woonsocket."

Refreshments will be served.
