Sheppard graduates from Army basic training

Army Pvt. Nathan Paul Sheppard graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in South Carolina on Oct. 23. He is presently in AIT training at Fort Gordon in Georgia, specializing in communications. He is the son of Leslie Sheppard Brodeur of Cumberland and Blaine Sheppard of North Smithfield.
