Karen T. Savini - Woonsocket

She was the wife of the late Robert D. Savini who recently passed May 1, 2009. She was born Jan. 18, 1950, in Cranston, a daughter of Donald and Grace LaRoche. Karen was a 1968 graduate of Woonsocket High School and married Bob Sept. 18, 1971. Karen enjoyed many things in life but truly enjoyed her time with her family and especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents in Rhode Island Karen leaves her daughters, Jenna Lyn Thierfelder and Megan Elizabeth Hatfield and her husband Matthew Hatfield; a son, Nicholas Robert Savini and his wife Rachel; her grandchildren, Caroline Grace and Lauryn Elizabeth Thierfelder, Emma Catherine and Bryce Elliott Hatfield and her anxiously anticipated granddaughter due in January 2010, all of Goose Creek; her siblings, Betty Lavigne, Lisa LaRoche and Donna Deragon, her husband Don and her brother Brian LaRoche of Rhode Island; mother-in-law, Jeanne Savini Belliveau; and a host of other special friends and family members.
