Mary M. DiRobbio - Smithfield

Mary M. DiRobbio, 86, of Coolridge Avenue, Greenville, died Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, at the Village at Waterman Lake.

She was the wife of Carl C. DiRobbio. Born in Kopperel, Texas, she was a daughter of the late Jerome and Josie (Hadley) Walker. She had been a resident of Greenville since 1947. She was the office manager of Robert’s Auto in Chepachet before retiring. She was a member of the Glocester Businesswomen’s Association and a member of many golf leagues at Melody Hills. Besides her husband she leaves her son, Dr. Carl C. DiRobbio Jr. of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Christopher, Tamara and Michael DiRobbio and Alicia Sullivan; and her great-grandson, Brady DiRobbio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 4-7 p.m. in the Anderson Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville.
