LINCOLN - School records will be destroyed for those who attended the special education or early intervention programs offered at the Lincoln School Department and turned 23 years old on or before Dec. 31, 2007, officials announced.

Those who were in school until age 21 and turned 26 years old by last December will also have their records shredded.

To obtain a copy before that happens - on June 30 - submit a written request to Student Services Office, 1624 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln RI 02865 by May 20.
