Local Moses Brown students make All New England Band Festival
PROVIDENCE - Twelve Moses Brown students have been accepted into the 2009 All New England Band Festival including, from Cumberland, Hope Spector, a junior, on flute, and Darren Hopkinson, a senior, on trumpet, and from Lincoln, Corey Robinson, a senior, on clarinet.
The students were chosen from a total of 304 applicants from 62 high schools in all six New England states.
The festival will take place Nov. 23 at Plymouth (N.H.) State University.
