North Smithfield Seniors not meeting Nov. 10

NORTH SMITHFIELD - There will be no meeting of the North Smithfield Seniors group on Tuesday, Nov. 10.

At the Oct. 20 meeting, door prize winners were Paul Belisle, Rita Greenough, Wanda Moorehouse, Gene Moorehouse, Oleda Lemire and Cecile Jasmin. Raffle winners were Jen Trudel, Rita Greenough, Gert Hoyle, Annette Blais and Andy Crisafulli. Split the pot winners were Roy Auger, Gene Moorehouse, Ray Lemire and Paul Belisle. A $25 raffle prize was won by Paul Belisle.

Tickets are now being sold for the group's installation banquet to be held at the Village Haven on Tuesday, Nov. 17.

Tony Cecconi, committee chairman for the nominating committee, announced the slate of officers running. They are: president, Cecile Jasmin; vice president, Mary Crisafalli; secretary, Alice Aguiar; treasurer, Connie O'Gara; trustees, Joy George, Tom Frail and Andy Crisafulli.

Split the pot winners were Terry Lapierre, Jen Trudel, Gene Moorehouse and Mona Lambert.
