No bags allowed at CHS
CUMBERLAND - Students at Cumberland High School were told Thursday afternoon that they may not bring any bags to school with them Friday, including book bags, lunch bags, and pocketbooks.Visitors to the school tomorrow are also apparently banned, according to reports coming from the school.
Students were even warned not to wear large coats.
Students said a search of the school building was planned.
On Monday, students were sent home after a bomb threat was scrawled on a wall. Officials said that by the time the school was searched by state police dogs, the school day would have be over.
