Cumberland Garden Club meets Wednesday

CUMBERLAND - The Cumberland Garden Club will meet Wednesday, May 14, at 12:30 p.m. in the Arnold Mills Community House on Hillside Road.

Karen Archer, president of the Rhode Island Wild Plant Society, will present a slideshow on wildflowers.

The program is open to those interested in joining the garden club. Members are reminded that payment for the annual luncheon on June 11 is due.

A spring cleanup is scheduled for the following Wednesday, May 21, at the Ruth Carpenter Memorial Garden at the Monastery.

Bring garden tools and gloves. Refreshments will be provided by the horticulture committee.
