DTRI earns awards in Dynamite dance competition

NORTH SMITHFIELD - Dance Theatre of Rhode Island earned 12 awards at the Dynamite National Dance Competition in Worcester, Mass., on April 12.

The dance school performed seven routines and won five platinum awards, two high gold awards, and five first-place overall awards.

Also, the youngest members of the competition team received a judges award for their routine, "5-6-7-8," naming them Best Rehearsed.
