Engagement - MacNeil - Stepanian

WOONSOCKET - Mr. Albert MacNeil of Bayside, N.Y. and Mrs. Beatrice Paquin of Woonsocket announce the engagement of their daughter, Cindy L. MacNeil, to Nicholas Y. Stepanian, son of Mrs. Shirley Seddon of North Providence and the late Mr. Yegia Stepanian.

The bride-to-be graduated from Woonsocket High School and Woonsocket Area Career and Technical Center. She is a group sales and media specialist with Conway Tours in Cumberland.

Her fiance attended North Providence High School. He is a manager at Lowe's in North Attleboro, Mass.

They are planning a June 2008 wedding.
