Fontaine wins Woonsocket mayor's race

WOONSOCKET - City Council president Leo T. Fontaine has won the Woonsocket mayor's race defeating retired police detective sergeant Todd R. Brien. An unofficial count reports Fontaine with 57% of the vote to Brien's 43%. Fontaine won in every polling place in the city.
