Resident applauds Manfredi's efforts

I have known Councilman Manfredi many years prior to his tenure on the North Providence Town Council. In fact, at that time I had lived in Providence.

Nevertheless, I have never known an individual to be so compassionate in his work to help and assist those in need. He never quits on an issue! He has not changed one bit as he is the same aggressive, honest, diligent, and helpful person now as he was then. Knowing Frank, he will not involve himself in dishonesty and will do whatever necessary to achieve positive results for the people that he represents. I am sure that his Tax Freeze proposal was in the best interest of the taxpayers in North Providence and that he had done his due diligence. I can understand his anger in the proposal not passing. Let's face it; the taxpayers are in much need of relief. I applaud his effort to provide that relief and security to the taxpayers of North Providence.
