Response to Caputo letter

I enjoy reading The Breeze for the colorful letters to the editor. A recent letter to the editor from Gail Caputo was probably the most amusing I have ever read. First of all, it is quite apparent this letter was probably signed by Mrs. Caputo but could not have been written by her, which in itself is contradictory to Mr. Manfredi's letter accusing Mr. Douglas and Mayor Lombardi of "coaching" Ms. Leva.

I imagine if Mr. Manfredi secured employment for me, my daughter and my husband, I, too, would think he was the greatest thing since sliced bread. However, since I have never needed nor wanted anything from Mr. Manfredi, I am not obligated to call him anything other than what he truly is. Knowing Mr. Manfredi personally, I am appalled he is a member of the Town Council.

I only wish I could move before the next election to vote for his opponent. Maybe next week we will hear how wonderful he is from the cousin-in-law he got a job for in Town Hall.
