NPELL plans meeting, will discuss expansion

NORTH PROVIDENCE - The possibility of expanding to create a Junior Little League program for 13- and 14-year-old players will be on the docket when the North Providence East Little League meets on Sunday, Nov. 1 at 6:30 p.m. in the league clubhouse on Ivan Street.

Other league business, including discussion about off-season training for coaches and managers, will also be addressed.
