Jessie Anastacia Kindeforski - Woonsocket
Jessie Anastacia (Rock) Kindeforski, 93, of Woonsocket died Nov. 10, 2009, at the Oakland Grove Nursing Home in Woonsocket.She was the wife of the late Russell Kindeforski and the daughter of the late Catherine (Stednick) and Alec Rock. She leaves behind her daughter, Gloria Hardink and her husband George of Narragansett; her son, Peter Kindeforski and his wife Carole of Cumberland; two grandchildren, Doreen Hardink-Keeley of South Kingstown and Gary Hardink of Coventry; five great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Hardink Mullen of Waldoboro, Maine, Katrina Hardink of Narragansett and Shannon, Charlotte and Michael Keeley, all of Richmond, RI; and two great-great-grandchildren, Issac Mullen of Maine and Natalya Luciano of Narragansett.
Jessie was a former member of St. Michael’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, the Ladies Sodality, the Royal Travelers and the Blackstone Valley Community Action. Mrs. Kindeforski worked at the Manville Jencks Mill in Manville, the Berkshire-Hathaway Mills in Albion and the Jacob Finklestien Mill in Woonsocket.
Her funeral services will be private and are under the direction of the T. Lauzon Funeral Home, 185 Spring St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 51 Blossom St., Boston, MA 02114, telephone 617-722-3000, Fax 617-523-1684.
