LINCOLN - The William M. Davies Jr. Career and Technical High School Parent and Family Council will feature a presentation on how "Title One Funds" have been spent at Davies at the next meeting, on May 15, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Patriot Room and refreshments will be served.

Mr. Fred Slemon, Director of Special Populations will provide information on how Davies utilized "Title One Grant Funds" this academic year and what the funding plans are for the 2008-09 academic year. "Title One" is a federal government program designed to assist schools raise student achievement in literacy and numeracy. After the presentation, a question and answer session will take place.
