CUMBERLAND - Robin Fino has been inducted into Phi Sigma Lambda honor society for continuing education students who have shown leadership and obtained high academic achievement.

She is the wife of Ken Fino of Cumberland, and the mother of teen-agers Brooke and Kenny Fino.

After graduating from Community College of Rhode Island with high honors, Fino transferred to Roger Williams University, where she will graduate at the top of her class with a bachelor's degree in public administration this spring.

She has also been selected to be the marshal at the May 17 graduation. Fino was also awarded the President's Core Values Medallion, one of 12 to earn the honor.

She plans to continue her education and has been accepted into the MBA program at Johnson & Wales University, where she will study marketing. Fino is employed by Covidien in Mansfield, Mass.
