WARWICK - Alyshia Johnson of Cumberland, a student in the culinary arts program at Woonsocket Area Career and Technical Center, has been named to the student leadership team of SkillsUSA as a state officer from Rhode Island.

Johnson and four other high-school students attending career and technical schools in Rhode Island were selected to serve for one year at the SkillsUSA 33rd annual Spring Leadership Development Conference held at New England Institute of Technology on April 24.
