Seventy-Five Years Later: The Hurricane of 1938

A reception will follow at Historic New England's Arnold House, 487 Great Road, Lincoln. Historic New England's Program Manager Shira Gladstone examines the Sept. 1938 hurricane that was one of the most destructive storms in American history, causing more than 600 deaths and $400 million in property damage. Free to Historic New England members; $5 for general admission. Limited parking is available at Saylesville Meeting House.
