Tai Chi

Free four-week series taught by Ted McNamee on the first four Saturday mornings in June. Known for its yoga-like tranquility, this martial art is a low-intensity workout that improves balance, tones muscles, and promotes longevity and weight loss. Participants should bring water and wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
