Christine M. Croto – Hampton, N.H.

Christine M. Croto, 55, of Hampton, N.H., died May 2, 2018, at her home after a sudden illness.

She was born May 24, 1962, in Woonsocket, R.I., a daughter of M. Pauline (Bourre) Levesque of North Smithfield, R.I., and the late Robert Levesque.

Christine was raised in North Smithfield and graduated from North Smithfield High School with the Class of 1980. She also graduated from Notre Dame College in Manchester, N.H.

After moving to New Hampshire in 1990, she worked as a paralegal at the county attorney's office, then secretary to the High Sheriff of Rockingham County and more recently was employed as an accountant. 

In addition to her mother, she leaves her son, Kalvin Croto, presently serving with the Peace Corps in Tanzania; six siblings, Merana Cadorette, Frances Dion, Jane, Arthur, Matthew and David Levesque, one niece, several nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at St. John the Evangelist Church, 663 Church St., Slatersville, R.I. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Slatersville.
