Yoga class offered at the library

CUMBERLAND - The Cumberland Public Library will hold a yoga class the first three Saturdays in November, at 10 a.m. In this basic yoga class, learn correct alignment and form to keep your body safe. Stretch, energize, and build strength and flexibility, while learning breathing and relaxation techniques to calm and soothe stress away. No yoga experience necessary. Gabrielle DeFusco, a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance, will instruct.

Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing to move in. Participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating. Registration is required. Call 401-333-2552, ext. 2, or visit www.cumberlandlibrary.org, to sign up.
