Glocester Town Hall TOWN OF GLOCESTER ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Review on Thursday, March 28, 2019, in the Glocester Town Hall, 1145 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, RI, at 7:30 p.m. when all persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following application: Roland and Jeannie Duhamel, applicant and Corey Duhamel, owner, property located at 614 Durfee Hill Road, further described as Assessors Plat 9, Lot 104, in an A-4 zone. Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance inaccordance to the Glocester Code, Chapter 350, Article II, 350-49, Accessory Family Dwelling Unit, section H, containing no more than one bedroom and limited to no more than 750 square feet requirements. Applicant is seeking relief of 104 square feet for an accessory family dwelling unit consisting of a total of 854 square feet. Karen Timoteo, applicant and owner, property located at 1745 Putnam Pike, further described as Assessors Plat 7, Lot 40, in an A-4 zone. Applicant/Owner seeks a Special Use Permit in accordance to the Glocester Code, Chapter 350, Article II, 350-11, Table of Use Regulations, Section 2- Residential Use, Subsection 2 - Two-family dwelling.
