Glocester Town Hall TOWN OF GLOCESTER ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Review on Thursday, February 28, 2019, in the Glocester Town Hall, 1145 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, RI, at 7:30 p.m. when all persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following applications: RER Energy Group, applicant and Rhode Island Episcopal Convention Inc., owners, properties located on Reservior Road, further described as Assessors Plat 10, Lot 44 and Assessors Plat 7, Lot 1, both lots are in an A-4 zone. Applicant seeks a Special Use Permit as speci ed in The Glocester Code, Chapter 350, Article VII, Special Regulations, 350-46 Solar Facilities, Subsection G, #2 - All large solar installations shall require a Special Use Permit from the Zoning Board of Review as outlined in Section 350-8 (F). Applicant seeks to install and operate a 3.6 Megawatt ground mounted solar on AP 10, Lot 44 which is a 32.32 acre parcel and a 5.0 Megawatt ground mounted solar on AP 7, Lot 1 which is a 65.86 acre parcel.
