Bryant students offer tutoring at Greenville Library

SMITHFIELD - The Greenville Public Library and Bryant University are participating in a federal work-study program, as part of the America Reads Challenge to provide reading tutors to elementary school children who would like extra help in improving their reading and comprehension skills. Elementary students will be paired with a Bryant student involved in the program. Students will be matched up on a first-come-first-served basis. The program begins in September; space is limited.

Applications may be picked up in the Children's Room of the library and should be returned by Aug. 26.
