TEAMhealth Recruiting for April 2014 Class

NORTH SMITHFIELD - TEAMhealth's CNA Training and Career Ladder Program offered by Saint Antoine Residence is actively recruiting for its next class, which will begin on Monday, April 14.

The program is an intensive 10-week, 216-hour training program that includes job readiness, classroom and hands-on practical training and a two-week intensive clinical rotation that prepares students to take the state exam to become licensed certified nursing assistants.

The program runs Monday through Thursday for the first two weeks from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Family Resources in Woonsocket, and transitions to Saint Antoine Residence in North Smithfield for the remaining eight weeks from 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

To learn about program requirements and the enrollment and admission process, attend an information session. Sessions are held every Wednesday at 3 p.m. at FRCA's Employment & Training Center, 55 Main St., Woonsocket. TEAMhealth is primarily funded by the United Way and the Governor's Workforce Board of Rhode Island and accepted students are trained free of charge.
