Composite Squadron Civil Air Patrol with the US Air Force Auxiliary. He graduated from the National Headquarters Civil Air Patrol’s National Blue Beret program in Oshkosh, WI.

He was a Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) and had accumulated over 5,000 hours in Cirrus aircraft.

Michael was President of Kavu Enterprise LLC providing flight instruction, piloting services, and other ancillary aircraft offerings. Most recently, Michael was a Sales Director at Aerista where he specialized in Cirrus aircraft sales and acquisitions.

Michael loved his family and was very attentive to his nieces and nephews, known for his generous birthday surprises and organizing fun activities. He was blessed with a large circle of lifelong friends who will miss him dearly.
