NORTH SCITUATE – A weekend after placing in the top six at the Class C championship meet, North Smithfield High senior Nathan Masi and Mount Saint Charles Academy junior Cee-jay Laquerre took the starting line with the state’s best runners at last Saturday afternoon’s RIIL Championships at Ponaganset High’s 3.1-mile course.
